4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for online sessions or services can be made via bank transfer. Bank account details will be provided to the client upon request prior to payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
Reschedules are processed according to our Reschedule Policy.
