Refund & Cancellation Policy
At E_FITNESSLAB Health & Fitness Boutique Studio, we strive to offer high quality services while maintaining fairness and flexibility for our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session or service up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for:

100% refund, or

Rescheduling at no additional cost.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are normally non-refundable.

Failure to attend a session without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unfortunate or unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, injury or medical emergencies, cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for:

Rescheduling, or

Refund, at our discretion.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
Online Programs & Digital Content

Once access is granted to on demand workouts, digital programs or online memberships, refunds are not available. You can cancel any time without cost.

If technical issues prevent access to purchased content, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
