Refund & Cancellation Policy

At E_FITNESSLAB Health & Fitness Boutique Studio, we strive to offer high quality services while maintaining fairness and flexibility for our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session or service up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for:

  • 100% refund, or

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are normally non-refundable.

• Failure to attend a session without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

• In cases of unfortunate or unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, injury or medical emergencies, cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for:

  • Rescheduling, or

  • Refund, at our discretion.

• Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

Online Programs & Digital Content

​

• Once access is granted to on demand workouts, digital programs or online memberships, refunds are not available. You can cancel any time without cost.

• If technical issues prevent access to purchased content, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
