The Full Story of E_FITNESSLAB
Welcome to E_FITNESSLAB, an innovative Health & Fitness website that blends science, exercise and wellness into one holistic experience. E_FITNESSLAB was founded with a vision to provide personalised fitness and rehabilitation programs for people of all ages and fitness levels, both online and in person.
E_FITNESSLAB aim to deliver a comprehensive, science-based and personalised approach to fitness, for the general population as well as for individuals with chronic conditions, mobility limitations, senior adults and those in need of recovery or rehabilitation. The idea was conceived during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 as a vision to create my own brand in the health & fitness sector the E_FITNESSLAB launced officially. The goal was to offer both general fitness programs and specialized training for individuals with chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care and rehabilitative exercise.
From the beginning, the idea was to establish a strong online presence, providing accessible group classes, personal programs and tailored online services that could reach people worldwide.
Our mission is to help each person improve their physical condition, prevent injuries and build a healthy, balanced life through movement.

I’m (Babis) Charalampos Charalampopoulos, founder and scientific director of E_FITNESSLAB. For the past eight years, I’ve been professionally engaged in the field of exercise, prevention and rehabilitation, gaining experience across various settings, from fitness centres and wellness facilities in hotels to public health programs, National Healthcare Systems and specialised rehabilitation projects. My professional focus lies in adapted exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation through exercise and physical activity. I firmly believe that well designed exercise is the most effective “medicine” for both body and mind, significantly enhancing one’s health, confidence and overall well-being.
