This is a Beginners Gym Program to help you get confident and familiarize with the gym equipment and learn basic lifting techniques. The program contains 2 DAYS SPLIT and is approximately an hour workout each. The program aims to build strength and improve your muscleskeletal system, mobility, cardiovascular system and your overal physical performance. Duration of the program is 4 weeks. Please ask for help from your gym instructor if you follow this program and make sure you have your medical clearance before you use it. *This program is not specialized for individuals needs and is not suitable for someone with chronic disease or injuries.
